My Lucky Week

Its been my lucky week. I won some of Mandy's blog candy, it was a nice surprise. So today I had the lovely parcel delivered. Its great getting parcels through the post and I was like a big kid eager to see what was inside. Tomorrow I am hoping to have a quiet day crafting and using some of the lovely images and flowers Mandy enclosed. So watch this space for some finished cards.
Thankyou Mandy.

Well, my day didn't go according to plan, it never does. We had a phone call first thing this morning from my elderly in-laws to say there toilet was blocked. So it was off to there house to assist. Luckily my hubby managed to clear it and saved a plumbers bill. Then off to the supermarket to help my son with his shopping. After a quick lunch we visited my little Grandson and took him a lovely walk. It was a beautiful afternoon albeit very cold when in the shade. We ended up staying longer than planned as we never want to drag ourselves away from seeing Finn.
Now dinner is over and the ironing done I can now put this card on my blog and finally do some crafting.
I am using another one of Ruth's images which is a real cutie. Those little puppies are so adorable and great fun to colour.

This is one of Ruths new digital images available from a Passion for Stamps tomorrow.

This is the second image I have used (look at my previous post to see the first). It is a very elegant image called Bedside Cabinet, I coloured with Promarkers/Copics and layered onto Laura Ashley papers which I think compliment this image.
I am entering this card into Sketch & Stash , a lovely sketch, and Color Throwdown which is light green, rust & burgandy colours.
