Less is More

Just back from my babysitting day with Finn. A great day , the weather wasn't great but at least it was dry. Managed a couple of walks and our usual visit to the coffee shop.

This is my Less is More card for this week. Very simple and not much stash used.

I did use various Nesties and circle punches, Marianne dies for flower and leaves. All chalked. The centre of the flower is a button from an old denim shirt.

Good evening all. At last time for a card. I don't know where the time goes, but there is just not enough hours in the day at the moment. We have been going to stay in my sons flat in St Andrews every weekend for the last 5 weeks while he is in the USA. Unfortunately he comes home on Saturday, it will be lovely to see him, but we have enjoyed our weekends away.

Now my card. This is another of Ruth's images and very apt it is for this time of year. You can find all Ruth's digi images on A Passion for Stamps.

I have used Promarkers, Nesties, Scrapperdashery 'shellshocked' paper, a little sand and the rest from my stash.

A very quick post before I go out. I made this card a few days ago but couldn't find time for hubby to photograph it. So I have taken this piccy with my little camera, not great but better than nothing.

I have used free papers from Simply Homemade mag and a few bit & bobs from my stash.
