new home

One of our neighbours has just moved to a new home. It's sad when  lovely neighbours move away, it's the not knowing who will move in next!
This is the card I made for them.

I used one of Spyder's (Lyn) images which is ideal for this occasion.
I also used Promarkers, Nesties, Marianne flower dies, My Minds Eye papers.

Lots of great entries last Top Tip Tuesday challenge.

This fortnight we have two great sponsors below.

Crimson cloud

Our Top Tip Tuesday challenge this week is:-

hosted by Lisa M

It took me a while to make this card. Lots of pondering and then 'eureka' it cane to me. The image actually says it all. My son is a scientist and this card will be for his birthday later in  the year.
I dug out old graph lined books, coloured the image with Promarkers and put together with coloured staples. Off course the image is Kenny K.

Simple and I really like it.

Look forward to seeing all those ideas and creations.

Baby Boy

It has been a while since I have posted. I have been on holiday.
We had a fabulous holiday in Chamonix in France. The scenery and walks were breathtaking, unfortunately photographs do not do it justice. They do give a flavour of what's on offer though.

This is a view of Mont Blanc from the Aiguille du Midi.
The air is very thin here as we are 3842 metres high (12,065 feet)

Looking down on the clouds.

In the evening sunlight from our hotel.

Our walk from Vallorcine to Chamonix.

Well on to the card.
A new baby card, I love making those.

I have used Messy Rabbit, Promarkers, Lili Of The Valley  and Dovecraft papers, Nesties and the rest from my stash.
