Less is More

It's been a busy week so far. I had my dad at the hospital today for a check up and it is good news. His tumour has reduced considerably with the radiotherapy. We are all delighted at this.

I have made a very quick card for Less is More challenge which is monochrome this week. I didn't think I would have time but it is amazing what can be done when you put your mind to it.

I have used a free PM dots embossing folder with Creativity mag, Sizzlits hearts and Fiskars tiny hearts from border punch. The butterfly is X-Cut punch and the gem is a little nail art gem from the pound shop.
I am entering this card into the following challenges -

  5. Hi Elaine, this is really lovely. I love that it is so simple but so effective and embossing straight onto the cardbase is a really good idea.

  6. I really like this card. You did a great job embossing just a small area of the card base, and those hearts look wonderful trailing down from it.
