I have made a quick birthday card using the Less is More sketch.

I was at the SECC craft fair on Saturday and one of my purchases was this Tim Holtz Christmas die set. As you can see it is not only for Christmas makes. 

I was rather pleased with the look of this card. 

Along with my dies I used a scrap of paper, Memory Box numbers and a little sentiment stamp I got at Hobbycraft for 25p.

It's  another new challenge on As You Like IT. Time is flying by so quickly at the moment. I think I need to stop to take a breath. My son was married last weekend, so it has been very hectic.

what is your favourite and why....

My choice is colour.  Monochrome can have a very striking effect, but I do prefer colour. I love the vibrancy that colour can bring to a card.
