A quick post on  a borrowed laptop. Mine is still being repaired but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Fingers crossed I may be back on Tuesday!

I had a play with the new Lili of The Valley Sketch Pad I got with my birthday Voucher I received from my friend  Vee.

These are great, I enjoyed colouring this image in.

I also used my new papers from Lil of the Valley, Promarkers, Stickles and Fizzy Moon hearts.

I have not had a lot of time for crafting lately. So many other tasks needing done and of course this glorious weather.
Today I had to make an emergency trip to the dentist. One of my fillings came loose right at the front of my mouth. Wouldn't have been a pretty sight if it had come out completely.
I made this card for my Niece and her husband's anniversary in a week or so time.

I used an embossing folder and Nesties, X-Cut hearts, and a couple of rubber stamps.

Lots of great entries last Top Tip Tuesday challenge.

This fortnight we have two great sponsors below.

Crimson cloud

Our Top Tip Tuesday challenge this week is:-

hosted by Lisa M

It took me a while to make this card. Lots of pondering and then 'eureka' it cane to me. The image actually says it all. My son is a scientist and this card will be for his birthday later in  the year.
I dug out old graph lined books, coloured the image with Promarkers and put together with coloured staples. Off course the image is Kenny K.

Simple and I really like it.

Look forward to seeing all those ideas and creations.

Baby Boy

It has been a while since I have posted. I have been on holiday.
We had a fabulous holiday in Chamonix in France. The scenery and walks were breathtaking, unfortunately photographs do not do it justice. They do give a flavour of what's on offer though.

This is a view of Mont Blanc from the Aiguille du Midi.
The air is very thin here as we are 3842 metres high (12,065 feet)

Looking down on the clouds.

In the evening sunlight from our hotel.

Our walk from Vallorcine to Chamonix.

Well on to the card.
A new baby card, I love making those.

I have used Messy Rabbit, Promarkers, Lili Of The Valley  and Dovecraft papers, Nesties and the rest from my stash.
