We had a great weekend at our sons flat in St. Andrews. There is nearly always something of interest on in the area. This weekend was the InsideOut entertainers. There were lots of live bands and entertainers. This next week is the Lammas Fair, one of the oldest in the country dating back to medieval days.

I made another scrapbook page of Finn when he was born. I used circle Nesties, X-cut hearts, Papermania papers, Martha Stewart punch and Sizzlet alphabet.

I based the layout on the Truly Scrumptious sketch with my recycled piece being the ribbon. I am also entering this into the Paperplay challenge, anything goes.

I hope you all had a great weekend too.

How cute is this

How cute is this... My grandson Finn at his first wedding yesterday. My daughter wanted him in a kilt and he was the cutest sight. Finn had a great day as we all did and was very well behaved.
I hope to have more pictures later when hubby downloads photographs from his camera.

I needed two similar cards. So I thought I would just make them the same to save time. I used the sketch for Papertake weekly, then I made a mistake when folding the second card, silly me. So not one being one to be defeated I decided to reverse the sketch and came up with a similar card...

I used Vera's free digital image by Lings Design Studio , Promarkers, My Mind's Eye papers an chalks.

My hubby was trying to be artistic with this shot... I thought I should post it since he went to so much bother.

I am entering these card into the following challenges.:-

Digtal Tuesday - red, white and blue

It is another blustery day again, not too cold but not nice enough to sit in the garden. So crafting again... This card fits a couple of challenges Charisma Cardz 'Watch the Birdie' and Paperplay 'Your numbers Up'. I was asked to make a card with an owl on it and I didn't have a stamp that fitted the bill, so I pieced together this scene. The owl is a freebie digi image from Dustin Pike and the branch is from Messy Rabbit baby bunny set. I think they compliment each other well.

I used Nesties, Promarkers, Craft Creation Papers, Cuttlebug swirls, Liquid Pearls, Sizzlets letters and the rest from my stash.
