Less is More

I had a play today and used some new stash. I made this card with Less is More in mind. I used the colours of their header, made a stripe using inks and a new stamp from a set I bought in Prague. I used the resist ink technique. The Nestie label is stamp with a frond from the same stamp set. The name of  the set is in Czech with no translation! The flower is X - Cut and the leaf Memory Box. The tag is Lili of the Valley, a lovely surprise gift from my friend Vee.

Less is more

When are the days going to? I have great intentions and before I know it it's bedtime again. I made this card a couple of days ago but only just got it photographed.
It's very simple a paper pieced flower, a little embossing, sentiment and raised with sticky pads from a tan background.

A card at last!  I have been very busy this week with card orders and catching up with the house. We also had a couple of birthdays, so been out every night.  Then my internet has been acting up, hopefully hubby has fixed it now.
On to my card, I have used one of my new Lili of the Valley stamps.
The image is coloured with Promarkers and mounted on Nesties. The papers are Dovecraft, butterflies are X-Cut. Stickles and little gems add a bit of bling.

Father's Day

I was away in Prague last week for a break, which was wonderful. I am catching up slowly with everyone. I ordered some Lily of the Valley stamps before I went away and they had arrived on my return.

I couldn't wait to use one, so this is a card for my husband. I am liking these wiper cards and they are so easy to make.

I used Lily of the Valley image, Promarkers, Woodware and Sizzix stars, Hot Off The Press Christmas Papers! and a little sparkle.
