I love Poppies. The simple shape is ideal for all sorts of occasions while their signifigance is meaningful to many. 

I used Memory Box poppies die, Spellbinders curved border, Britannia happy birthday die, X-Cut letter die and Memory Box numbers and the rest from my stash.
