This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using 

Your Favourite Buttons or Pearls (& why).

You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

I do love to use pearls on feminine cards. Male cards require something a little more rugged, so buttons can look really interesting embellishments.

I spotted this idea on Pinerest. 

It is a simple card to make for a male recipient. I used some recycled button from one of my husband shirts, a free sentiments stamp, distressed ink and the rest from my stash.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:-
